‘The Holy Father Pope Francis has summoned the Church to participate in a worldwide synod with the theme: “For a Synodal Church: Communion, Participation and Mission.” Instead of an assembly of bishops in Rome only, Pope Francis invites the whole People of God to participate in the synod—to “journey together” with our brothers and sisters in Christ along the path of renewal, guided by the Holy Spirit. Everyone is invited to join us for a synod listening session.’ (The dates and times are listed below.) ‘We encourage all to participate: young adults and seniors, active parishioners and those who have drifted away, as well as those who feel marginalized from the Church. We will pray and reflect together on where we are as a Church and how the Holy Spirit is calling us to move forward.’ Please note that participants who volunteer would attend only one of these sessions.
